animation update rate on RSView32 screen

The animation on the RSView32 screen seems to be too slow to react. After pushing the button it takes atleast 2 secons for the animation to take effect. Is there a solution for that?

I brought down the foreground and the background scan class. But that is only for scanning the tags right? So my question is the major factor that affects the HMI animation response speed.. is it the bandwidth of the network??
