Anhydrous HF Cost

I was wondering if anybody knew a ballpark figure for the price of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride per metric tonne (>99.95 HF). I understand that the price from distributors is commercially sensitive, but need to have an estimated cost to do a preliminary economic assessment for a project. Thanks
