I have a vertical datum plane, and I want to create another intersecting plane a certain angle from the first.

Like that. How do I create something like this?

Ugh. Picture a right triangle with the right angle on the bottom left. The vertical plane will be the left edge, and the new plane will be the hypotenuse.

Put some entity at the intersection of horizontal and vertical - a datum-axis would work well.

Create your plane thru the axis and at an angle to one of the other planes. You can then offset a datum-plane from this new plane..
