I'm looking to install a 25' pole to hold 2 security camera & a small solar panel(50lbs total).
How do I calculate for what anchor bolts and embedded bolt depth needed?

I agree with above.

You can also download the Hilti Profis design software. If you provide the loading and geometry, then the software will make all the concrete and anchor bolt design checks. The software does the anchor checks for free, but you have pay for a subscription if you want a finite element analysis of your base plate.

Simpson Strong Tie has a similar software program, but I am not as familiar with it.

By all means, do your own, project specific design. That said, I always start something like this by taking a look around the structiverse a bit in order to calibrate my what-looks-normal-o-meter. If it's good enough for IDOT, it's probably not too far off of what will work for you.

Hi Johnny,

I would probably do the following:
1. find a highway construction standard detail manual (MMCD in BC), that will size a precast post foundation based on the height of the pole. This will also dictate the bolt size and spacing. Something similar to what KootK provided.

2. Then check it manually. Determine loads in the bolts (wind is likely critical) and use appendix (appendix D I think) at the back of concrete code to determine bolt capacity / concrete failure mode.

If you are going to use post installed anchors, then the hilti epoxy adhesive anchors would be a good place to start. There is a manual or design software.
 
There is also some good information in a pdf you'll find on the web: "design of monopile baseplates" or something similar.
However Koot's reference should be the first place you'll want to look.
