My search has not yielded any results and thought some of readers could help.

Anchor timber piles are suppporting a tower guy line. They show inclinations in the order of 10 to 20 degrees, presumebly due to the applied loads since the installation of the piles about 25 years ago.

How much inclination could be allowed before the pile performance would be affected.

Are you sure they are not in the installed position? I could visualize a case where they were battered to limit the shear component of the guy loading, that is, place more of the load in-line with the pile and less in perpendicular.

Michael.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.
