Hello friends
Anchor chairs repads pneumatic testing is that mandatory as per API 650 .
AS PER 7.3.5 pneumatic testing for repads.

I would say not. Even in 7.3.5, it says "the reinforcement plate on each opening", which I take to mean nozzle reinforcing plates only.
