All formulas described in API 650 appendix P are based on the following document: Analysis of Loads for Nozzles in API 650 Tanks, M. Lengsfeld,... Paper PVP-Vol 430, ASME, New York, 2001.

I want to buy a copy of this document. Where can I find it?
