Can i please get the specific requirements of Heat treatment as per AMS 2759, actually currently i am following the AMS 6875
or what is the difference between the standard AMS 2759 and 6875 in heat treatment of steel

That is a rich question: AMS 2759 has 12 parts (based on steel type or heat treat process, not counting a general overview 13th part). You need to determine which part applies for what you are doing, then obtain a copy to do the comparison.

AMS 6875 is a direct equivalent to an old MIL spec (6875).
AMS 2759 has a dozen 'slash specs', literally AMS2759/N. Each of these sub-parts addresses specific alloys and/or heat treatment methods.
You need to know your alloy, HT method, and desired end properties.
Then find the correct part of 2759 to address it.
All of the sections of 2759 have been (or are being) updated. These are the heat treatments that linked to the properties in MMPDS.
