I am evaluating an aluminum rectangular plate bended about strong axes. Most likely the bending stress will be in inelastic buckling range. Since I do not have Aluminum Design Manual can I use F11 of the 13th edition using Fy and E for aluminum instead for steel? Thank you very much.
