Aluminum forming need...

I have a need for an aluminum sheet metal part which will form 1/4 of a fairly large cylinder for a cover set (Medical Diagnostic System). The caveat is that I need an internal radius of about 35.6", which seems to be too large for some suppliers. The part measures 18.75" high x .090" thick, chord length is approximately 51.9".

Does anyone know of any suppliers in the New England area that may be able to form this?
