Anyone know how Aluminum will do when exposed to citric acid fumes?

I'm working on a project where we were using 304LSS or 316LSS and now it looks like we might have to go with Aluminum. The problem is the corrosiveness factor.

I really don't know if either of the SS are good for citric acid fumes either but hope that you experts can help.

Thanks.

Forgot to mention that the standard grade of Aluminum we use is 1100 AL.
