can anyone help me to find the data of aluminium melting point such as 6063?
thank you

Alloy 6063
Specific Weight 2.7
Modulus of Elasticity 67500
Coefficient of linear expansion 23.4.10-6
Thermal Conductivity 200
Specific Heat 898
Specific Conductivity 31.00
Specific Resistance 0.032
Melting Point 550-660

only note is to make sure what condition the material is in, ie heat treatment, although this will not affect the melting temp.

In metallurgical terms, there are two temperatures that describe the melting behavior. The Liquidus temperature is the temperature at which the alloy is 100% liquid, which is 655 C (1211 F) for alloy 6063. The Solidus temperature is the temperature at which the alloy is 100% solid, which is 615 C (1139 F) for alloy 6063. In between these two temperatures, the alloy is part solid and part liquid.

You can try for raw information such as this.
I think you need to register, but it's free, and they have data regarding all types of materials.

My old Alcoa Aluminum Handbook (1962) is in agreement with TVP's numbers. Some melting ranges for common wrought Al alloys:

1100 1190-1215 F
2024 935-1180
3003 1190-1210
4032 990-1060
5005 1170-1210
5056 1055-1180
6061 1100-1205
6063 1140-1210
7075 890-1175
