But why?

One Harley motor is bad enough. Why join two?

I can think of several motors that can hit 350 HP at probably lower weight and much better reliability.

Pretty funny chassis design, at least they won't need a suspension.

As to why they use a pair of V twins, a rational excuse would be that it gives them a short engine/transaxle combination if they are insistent on having a longitudinal gearbox. I'm not sure which FWD transmissions can handle 350 bhp, but that would seem to me to be a better approach.

but somehow I don't think that is the reason!
