Allplication of fuel cells for buildings

Can anyone recommend a text book or paper on the basics of basics of fuel cells and practical application in buildings? Need to come up to speed real quick on the use of fuel cells.

are you sure you can handle the high tempetures inside the building?

There was a company about 10 yrs ago talking about using fuel cell generators to power buildings. There were going to be "blades" on the outside of building that housed the fuel cells.
