Alloy Valve seats

We are currently developing alloy valve seats for internal combustion engines, benefits inclede increased thermal; conductivity and therefore efficiency, any help with regard to the properties the material will need to cope with the chemical reactions incurred during combustion woiuld be much appreciated, we already know it works and what hardness will suffice but have been unable to conduct long term tests yet
