Allowable stress for structural frame

Hello. I'm looking for the allowable stress to calculate the compression of the stud column (Bailey).
1. What's the designation in the table below or
2. Can I just take the Yield for the steel.

For light gauge? Neither. It's actually a pretty complicated set of equations to determine allowable stresses in light gauge steel. What code are you complying with?
