Allowable Stress for E308L

I am doing a calc to determine min. weld size using E308L welding wire. Can you tell me the allowable stress of E308L? I know 304L u/y/allowable is 70/25/25 ksi. Is E308L the same?

The reported, minimum ultimate tensile strength per AWS SFA 5.4 for E308L is 75 Ksi. This is not an allowable stress, it is the ultimate tensile strength.
