I need to install 2” dia all threaded rod into existing concrete. Most of epoxy gel adhesive manufacturers' (Hilti, Five Star, …) data sheets go max 1½” dia. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you, IV

Call the adhesive manufacturer. Sometimes they have additional testing and data that is not published.

Can you find info for no.16 rebar? Then just use the minimum of the tabulated value and the cross section capacity of the steel.

jike and csd72 have it right. A third option, but expensive, would be to perform field/load testing of a few anchors.

I think that Hilti will do a test if you use their products.

Five-Star Ggrout has some recommendations and a design procedure in their Handbook on Grouting and Concrete Repair.

Thank you all for your recommendations. I have called Hilti & Five Star and they do not have any additional testing/data for bigger rods. I am leaning toward the idea of using (4)-1ӯ rods welded to embedded plate with hole at center for 2ӯ bolts. Regards,
IV
