AISI Splice Program

Can someone give me an explanation of the following error messages and how to overcome it. The bolt spacing, etc., seems appropriate. The web splice is ok.

I. SPLICE ANALYSIS SUMMARY:

1. Top Flange Splice Requirement Violations:
Bolt Spacing Violations (See Section 4.1.3):
*Required Web-Adjacent Bolt Gage

2. Bottom Flange Splice Requirement Violations:
Bolt Spacing Violations (See Section 4.2.3):
*Required Web-Adjacent Bolt Gage

3. Web Splice meets ALL Design Requirements.

Already figured it out. The gage on the top and bottom flange was too wide.
