AISI 431 for ASME or GB-150

Does anyone know if it is allowed to use AISI 431 for pressure vessel with ASME VIII div 1? I cannot find this SS in the ASME II partD.
Is this alloy permitted by GB-150 (chinese pressure vessel design code)?
Thanks in advance for your help.
