I am trying to find out some information on how to set up the pneumatic system to an Airbrator or Fluidizer. I know there is different systems that use solenoids to pulse the flow but I am unable to find out what kind of compressor or control system is required for this. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Here are companies who's products we use to vibrate and activate bins.
The bin activators have a control panel that turns on an electric rotary vibrator and times the air pulses to the activator.
The air cannons are internally timed with an overriding on/off switch.
The electric vibrators are control with an on/off switch. The amplitude of the vibrator is controlled by adjusting the eccentric.
The KISS PRINCIPLE should be followed for vibrator controls. Even though we could control a lot of vibrators from the control rooms there are quite a few we require the operator to start/stop the vibrator in the field.
