Air/Water Cooled Condenser Design

Dear all,

I am working with a radiator manufacturing company and we want to expand our business to HVAC market and for this we want to design and manufacture air/water cooled condensers.

All i want from you to guide me that from where should i get start and please send me reference material and specifications and standards (tube and fins material,thickness etc...) to design condensers and evaporators.
