Air leak detectors

Could somebody tell me a good ultrasonic leak detector to discover air leakage in rooms. I am talking about room with a pressurization of 3.2 H2O mm.

I could read that there are in the market equipments with a range of 20-100kHz. Is it enought?

Sulfur hexafluoride release in the room and the use of an ITI Leakmeter 200 (by ITI/Qualitek) provides an excellent means of monitoring for room leakage.
