Air Filter Test Lab??

If you are in the States, I would recommend Intertek in Cortland NY. Even if you're not in the states, you could always just send them the filter media and have them test it without witnessing the test. I always prefer to witness the test at least the first time to make sure it is being done correctly, but to each their own.
