Air compressor type Screw Compressor or Integrally gear compressor

Dear All,

In Ongoing project , I need to select Air Compressor . I am confused whether Screw Compressor or Integrally geared compressor.
Find the following information.

Service : Process Air
Inlet Pressure : ATM
Outlet pressure : 109 PSIG.
Flow :1942.24 SCFM

Please guide me.
