Hello,

I am currently new in resin manufacturing and my problem now is how to control air bubbles and improve surface tension.
we are roving fiber glass in a plastic and we are using a mixture of epoxy resin as matrix, afterwhich it is cured.
now I am searching for additives that would me reduce air bubbles, improves the surface tension as well as wettability.

Any advise?

Thanks

Often the 'mix' is put under a vacuum before using it. That removes the gasses so bubbles have far less chance of appearing.

Hello itsmoked (Electrical)

We already applied it but unfortunately bubbles still appear.
now we are searching for additives that will help us to avoid air bubbles and improve surface tension.

Bubbles can be created by multiple causes and you have provided almost no information. Surface tension, by itself is rarely a cause of bubbles. If you want help then post pictures and provide a better description of the problem and process.
