Hi,

One of our designers has found a brass nut from a hydraulic hose system that is 13/16-18. From what I can tell, this is sometimes referred to as 61-10.

Can anyone help me out with the dimensions of the thread? I need to machine a mating part (male) but I am not sure what threadform it is.

Regards,
Joel

Well, I appreciate the attempt, but that is the information I already know. Does it have 60deg thread angle, or 55, or something else? Minor diameter, etc., etc.

JoelEngg Its not in the book(machinerys handbook). The book lists
13/16 - 12,16,20,28, and 32 TPI. best bet would be to trig it out.
you know how many threads, and diameter. Wish you luck. try metric.18 tpi figures out to 1.41 metric pitch. so no luck there.
