The agitators design and their blades are proprietary secrets of the manufacturer. They are specifically sized / designed for each individual application and are not supplied off the shelf with a label "blades for agitated reactor column". You can try the internet for general information on the agitator / mixers design, but you'll need the manufacturer's proprietary software for the agitation process design and access to their highly classified experiments and tests results, to get an idea of how to design a specific agitator and particularly what specifically each blade design can achieve.
Perhaps someone else might have a better answer for you, but your question seems either be too specific, very vague or simply naive. Can you be a bit more detailed what would you like to know?
Cheers,
