Does anyone have a reference on the effects of aggregate size on the strength of concrete, particularly as it relates to pumping concrete?

The age old reference here is the "Design and Control of Concrete Mixtures" by the Portland Cement Association.
In fact, if you visit them on-line they have a nice database search that I'm certain will turn up some more info on your inquiry.
