Advanced flange issue

Hi,

one can successfully apply the Advanced Flange on a planar edge. But not on curved edges (see image link below)?

Technically though, that hi-lighted edge curve is planar also. Is there any way to have that edge Advanced Flanged and make the part flatten as well?



Ps. this situation is an example, the real deal is however similar

Ok, so I tried just a regular Contour Flange on that particular edge and now I get what I wanted. So no Advanced flange even needed ..
