Dear All,

We would like to extrude terpolymere adhesives on aluminum and copper tubes (diameter around 100mm). The thickness of the coating is about 200µm and the speed of manufacturing is about 1m/min.
We would like to install a non destructive control on line for checking the quality of the coating after extrusion (detection of holes in the coating, etc.).

What would be the most suitable non destructive control to install on our manufacturing line ? IR thermography ? Ultrasonic waves ?

Thank you for your help,
Foudrette
