Adding C'bore Holes To Cylindrical Edge Solidworks Version 2012

Hi Guys,

PLEASE any tips on adding this C'bore below, I've just started using Solidworks 2012.

C'bore hole on cylindrical item

I would offset a plane that would represent the bottom of the larger hole (middle of the part). From there you can cut away material from a normal plane in both directions. Up would be the 10mm diameter and down would be the 6mm diameter.
