Add Revision Table Row without the lines just text

I have been searching on Eng Tips and google looking for a macro or some way to add revisions without adding the lines for that revision.

The reason is I have a predefined revision box in the bottom left corner within my titleblock and want to be able to just add the text that a revision adds. Is this possible?

Why not link the text to the revision property?

Yes, my RevControlBox has a function within the macro that allows you to edit the current line only.
