Hi!
Thanks for the tip to even try in this forum as well as in the other Mechanical Engineers-Valve Engineering.
A safety valve have a set. pressure of 290barg. When loading the actuator on top of the PSV with instrument air, the set. pressure is increased to 310barg. This is done by three pressure switches with sensing lines to to the same pipe as upstream PSV. This is a fast acting system with high reliability and with an accuracy of +/- 1%. ASME is +/- 3%. Does any one have experience with this kind of system and please give me manufacturer that can produce this kind of system. I would like to compare and check the reliability from different manufacturer.
Searching on Internet I find Sempell as one manufacturer, who else?
In advanced, thank you for your feedback.
The sketch is for illustration. The red and blue color chamber is the actuator that is connected and loaded with instrument air.
