I am looking for information on the solubility of acid gas ( 75% H2S + 25% CO2 ) in brine. Are there any sources for this data available in the literature? I haven't found anything yet. From what I've seen all simulators allow for simulating mixing acid gas and water, but when it comes to mixing acid gas with brine, there is no way to handle this unless you have the solubility data in hand and set up the solubility relationship manually in the model. The dissolved solids, common in brine Na, Cl, Ca, reduce the solubility of gas in water. I just need to determine how much of an effect that is for an absorption process I am trying to evaluate and model.
