ACI 350.3R

Hi Fellow engineers,

Can anyone tell me if using ACI 350R.3R is mandated by code (i.e. IBS, CBC, ASCE, etc.) for the design of dynamic machinery foundations.

I didn't see anything in ASCE 7-05 or IBC 2009.
