In Embedment Design Example of ACI 349 (Guide to the Concrete Design Method) the load Nu is the applied factored external load using load factors from "APPENDIX C" of the Code.
But the Book has only Appendix A,B&D. Where can i find the "APPENDIX C?" thank you very much.

It is referring to Appendix C, ACI 318...APPENDIX C — ALTERNATIVE LOAD AND STRENGTH REDUCTION FACTORS

Check ACI 318 "Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete"

thanks Ron, btw, the client commented that we must use the equation from ACI 349 (attached example above) but is it applicable for the design of anchor bolt for foundation (concrete)?

Because i think the equation from ACI 349 is applicable only on steel structure not on anchor bolt, please confirm if its possible. many thanks..
