I hope this is the acceptable location for this question. My last question here had some great debates and excellent feedback.

To continue from the "Organizing Files" thread, I have decided to go the Access database route.

My question is: Is there a software I could use to help explain the relationship between different tables and queries, to help keep things organized? A visual handguide to how the database connects. I could use AutoCAD, but was hoping for a tool more specific to the task. (or better yet, an export feature from Access that I dont know about). Thanks

Are you familiar with creating relationships in Access? A visual layout tool is used to create (and document) relationships in your database. (Tools -> relationships)

Are your needs more complex than this? what exactly are you hoping to achieve?

This was exactly what I was looking for.

I am used to creating my relationships as I go (in queries etc) This options allows you to set them up beforehand. Which may be the better way to go.

...and it has a print option.

Thank you cowski
