Hi,
Im having to learn Ms access VERY quickly and I am struggling with the VB side (again something I know nothing about).
Basically I have created tables and forms and am in the process of writing scripts for when users click on buttons. I have managed to discover how to write user input into rows, but not yet how to pull data from rows and validate it against user input. What I need to do is get a user to input their 'trade' then check what trade is required to undertake a particular job; and give an answer either way (yes you are allowed/no you cant do this job) and I have no idea how to do it!
I was just wondering if someone would be able to give me any help or advice.
