Acceptance criteria for Charpy Impact results to EN ISO 148-1 1

Can anyone advise on the following:
When testing charpy impact tests to BS EN ISO 148-1 what is th acceptance criteria regarding values obtained that are below the average?

ASTM E23 state that when a min average is required the results must be no more than One result < the specified average and no single result < 2/3 of the specifed min average.
for example with an average of 40J and results of 76,18,30J would this fail to BS EN ISO 148-1?
OR would this be totally dependant on the testing specification eg BS EN 10025-2 , which does give acceptance criteria?

In my opinion BS EN ISO 148-1 describes only the TEST METHOD.
Acceptance criteria should be sought in the Material Specification.

BS EN ISO 148-1 does not give acceptance criteria.
The acceptance criteria are given in the material standards based on the rules given in standards like EN 10021 or ISO 404. Only one of 3 measured values may be lower than the required minimum value, but not less than 70%. If this happens, 3 additional tests may be carried out. For the 6 test pieces, each of the following conditions is required
- average of 6 > required value
- max. 2 values lower than the required value
- max. 1 value lower than 70% of the required value.
If these conditions are not satisfied, the tested product is rejected and retests are carried out on the remaining products of the test unit.
Before retesting, a re-treatment is possible.
