The electrical service size required to to charge 70 Golf carts if you follow the Canadian Electrical code would in the order of 700 Amps. I have observed a charging cycle and found that one cart would require 9.2 amps the first hour and by the 3rd hour had fallen to 1 amp.Assuming that the carts arrived in 15 min intervals and on average six carts begin the cycle the first hour. We observed that after six hours 36 carts would draw from the service 144 amps. We therefore are proposing a 225 Amp service 120/208 3 phase 4W

129A + the rest @ 1 amp (28A) = 160A

Sizing looks good to me.
