ABAQUS meshing

Hello,
I'm a beginner in ABAQUS and trying to mesh a part, but I keep getting this warning:

"The highlighted regions failed to mesh due to poor boundary triangles or other problems, and you may be able to work around these problems using virtual topology, finer local seeds or mesh editing.
Inspection of the boundary mesh may reveal the problem areas responsible for meshing failure.
Do you want to retrieve the boundary mesh?"

I've tried using finer local seeds and mesh editing, but the warning still occurs. Any tips?

 

[FEA way]

It’s hard to say without seeing the model but maybe there are some very small edges or faces for example. You could use the virtual topology tools in such a case. Maybe the part should be simplified before meshing.
