Abaqus Contact Force

Dear,
I am simulating a gear pair ( rack and pinion). I want to extract the contact force i.e Radial, axial and tangential component of the gear force. Which output requests I should give to get these three component. Should I request History Output at the Interaction ( Rack and Pinion ). I am new to Abaqus. Any lead will be helpful.
