ABAQUS CFD

Hi Forum,

I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about ABAQUS/CFD? I'm not sure if its rumor, but there is talk that the next release will have a fluid dynamics solver. Can anyone confirm and provide details?

I haven't heard that. They have been adding some CFD like features with ALE and CEL. I also heard that they were selecting a partner CFD company since Ansys bought Fluent and severed all collaboration between Abaqus and Fluent. Could you post a link to the rumors you have seen?
