Abaqus 6.14 Installation.

I successfully installed Abaqus 6.14 on my Windows 7 laptop, however when I ran tried to ran CAE it started fine and then a minute later I got this error message 'SMACkmCaeKerMod' has stopped working. Any clue what happened ? Thanks
