AASHTO 3.15.2.1

Anybody have an old AASHTO (c. 1960-65) regarding wind-loading?

We are evaluating an exisiting bridge (2485', 12 spans, steel girder w/ floor beam) built/designed in 1964/1965.

Our analysis seems to be a little bit heavy, as we are using AASHTO 3.15.2.1 (applies to spans over 125').
