AAC vs AAAC

Hi
I'd like to know, what points should we consider while choosing EHV (275 kV) switchyard busbar conductor or equipment conductor?
i.e. AAC vs AAAC?

Isn't AAAC typically used where there are high strength requirements? We don't have a lot of 230 kV, but most of our substations use significantly lower tensions than the transmission lines.

I don't think that is a matter of voltage but of mechanical strength depending mainly upon distance between supports and corrosion resistance, as bacon4life said, AAAC conductor is better. See for instance:
