65% vs. 25% Oleum

I am looking for advice on the difference in footprint patterns between 65% Oleum and 25% Oleum. Keeping the same amount, around 170,000 pounds, and everything else equal. At 65% Oluem our RMP footprint is right at 1.0 miles. We may be able to use 25% Oleum in our process and I was just wondering how big the SO3 difference would be. I am aware that 65% Oleum is 65% SO3 diluted with 35% H2SO4 and that 25% Oleum is 25% SO3 diluted in 75% H2SO4. Is it a linear difference in how it will foot print or is it exponentially different in footprint size, when keeping all other factors the same? I am thinking that it will be MUCH smaller, but I am not an expert on Oleum and our supplier can't seem to return phone calls. Any Oleum experts or footprint experts out there??? Thanks!
