Does anybody know whether we can expect compatibility problems with customers who use 32bit Catia
when we supply data designed using 64bit Catia software.
We would like to upgrade all our seats to 64bit to help improve the speed but are worried that our
32bit customers could experience problems with our designs.
Thanx in anticipation for your inputs :-))

We have 64bit and 32 bit systems at our location without anyproblems sharing files and I personally do not notice much difference with the speed by going to 64bit. For the 64bit dou core machine that I am running it seems that things should much faster than it does when doing operations like mass calculatioin and drawing view generating with larger assembies. your network will also play a part in the speed of using 64 bit. You will find compatibility issues more with print drivers.

Colin, thanks for your reply. Are you using XP Professional 64bit operating system or Vista?
