600WOG but no UL Listed Rating - Liquid Propane

I am looking for a valve to use to transfer propane in a liquid state, and while looking at an assortment of ball valves, I have noticed they are all rated 600WOG.
I am having a hard time locating one that is specifically UL listed for the LP-Gas usage (UL 125/YSDT).

Is there any reason I would require a UL listed valve instead of a standard 600WOG for personal usage?
Is it a safety concern to use a standard 600WOG ball valve not specifically rated for LP-Gas?
